YOUNG N' EQUIPPED (Y N' E)

We have seen such a rise in a post-christian population. If we sincerely believe that Jesus Christ is the answer we must do something. As a church have chosen to equip our youth. 

We are committed to raising the next generation of believers who are trained to handle the issues of life spiritually. More youths are leaving the church in search for answers and yet the church is positioned by Christ to communicate the answer. The mystery is this, they are not running away from faith, they are running away from the Christian faith. 

Part of the problem is the church has not done a good job at teaching and exposing the teachings of Jesus. 

Young N' Equip tries to tackle this dilemma by offering our youth sound relevant biblical teachings that can be applied on a day to day walk.  Equip promises to arm our youths with teachings that will help them respond to culture. 

AUTHORITY KIDS is the children's ministry of Authority Church.

To Influence belief systems in our children early through experiential learning  

It is easier to bend fresh fish than it is to bend dry fish, if you try to bend dry fish, you will break it. How true is that with our children. At this early stage we have a golden chance to shape our children's belief systems and set them on a path to fully enjoy what God Has ordained for them.

The bible clearly teaches this principle in Proverbs 22:6

"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." 

This is a biblical principle that we as a church would like to take advantage of as we secure the next generation for Jesus. we share this responsibility with the parents as we partner together. 

The bible gives us this responsibility and empowers us to direct our children where they should go. 

Psalms 127:4

"Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth."

We can shape the next generation.

BEYOND WOMANHOOD was born close to 5 years ago when our first lady was on a missions trip to Nakuru, a town in East Africa, Kenya. According to her she felt the Lord inspire her to set up a program that allows women to function beyond the description that society has put on women. 

Traditionally a woman is to sit in the home and take care of the family. While that is a big part of what women do, it is not all that there is for women to do. Women can engage in nation building in the marketplace, Arts etc.
